Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Soula Mantalvanos aims to display artworks, information and products accurately however is not liable for inaccurate or out of date product descriptions.
Note detail and colours of artworks may vary depending on your computer monitor.
Artwork prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices quoted for framed artwork exclude delivery costs.
We calculate shipping after receiving your request and delivery specifications. We are able to ship securely with insurance to many parts of the world. Works purchased via the website will be processed and shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Artwork purchased requiring shipping will be quoted to the purchaser of the work. The purchaser can decline the quote and receive a full refund on their transaction.
Once your order has been received you will be contacted within 2 working days. Orders generally ship within 2 working days.
All shipped items are insured and require a signature upon receipt. We use either Australia Post, specialist art transporters dependant on each artwork and delivery location.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping on framed works. Please also check your responsibility for any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.
Delivery times for artworks is between 1 – 2 days (smaller items within Australia) to 1 – 2 weeks (items outside of Australia). Where an impression is on backorder, the purchaser will be notified of expected delivery time.
We refund only damaged work. If you receive a damaged artwork or product, or one which does not match the original order, please notify soula@soula.com.au immediately. We will investigate and advise how best to rectify or resolve the damage. The purchaser will be expected to provide all documentation along with images in the event a refund for damage is being sought.
